Induwara Homes & Construction (Pvt) Ltd is an ICTAD C8 CertifiedArchitectural and Construction firm that has been in the market for over 15 years, focusing primarily on the Construction, Architectural, Interior, and Exterior Design sectors.

S.P Dushmantha, a certified Civil Engineer with professional qualifications in Building Economics and Construction Management, launched Induwara Homes & Construction in 2009.

The cheerfulness of Induwara Homes & Construction is its staff of chartered Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing Engineers, Chartered Surveyors,Technical Officers, Supervisors, and skilled employees. the work culture at Induwara Homes prioritizes loyalty and devotion over all else,and the founder is adamant that such virtues be honored.This is what has allowed the firm to reach its current level in such a short amount of time.

Induwara has dedicated the last 15 years to investing time and money in strengthening its structure, i.e. the Foundation. Today, Induwara Construction has come a long way providing various significant contributions to Sri Lanka's construction development. WARRENTY
We give you 15 Year structrual warranty for any constructions we undertake. It will cover structural works of the construction such as Foundation works, Columns, Beams, Staircase and Slab.
